Notice the two boxes that are checked. The first box contains the URL (or website page) where you want to send your customer IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS the transaction. The second box contains the URL (or website page) where you want the customer to go IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD THEIR product (in this case, a document or eBook) after they have paid for the product.
Now, click "Step 1" again. You should see the "Save Changes" button. Click it. You will then see the following image:
